Hey all, I abandoned my blog once again.. XD Haha, I’m so lazy and moody to update my blog~~~

 

Anyway, we celebrate Mother’s Day yesterday at The Ship in Pertama Complex.. We went there because it’s the nearest branch to our house.. It’s the first The Ship that we went when I was very very very young… I still remember that the food they served were really good.. Too bad, the food quality deteriorated by years… The food generally are suck now… Yesterday’s meal was an awful one for everyone… 0.0"

The staffs there mostly are foreigners.. 0.0" I don’t really know what some were trying to tell us… Why they charged us so d*** expensive but served us with these Bangla workers? I suspected that their cooks are Bangla too because the food were really baddddddd……..

My third glass of carrot milk in three days.. Addicted to it lately… Reason, unknown… =P This was bad.. It was like drinking sugar syrup… =.=

Anyway, they have this Mother’s Day sets on the menu… Which came with appetizer, soup, main course and dessert.. 0.0" Sounds attractive for RM69.90++ la.. Moreover, they have this ‘free gift’ while stock lasts.. The gift was simply a mug with their logo.. -.-" The appetizer was the Shrimp Cocktail, a XS version of the original size.. =P It was normal la.. Mixed greens with shredded shrimps dressed with Thousand Island..

The set came with Clam Chowder which can be exchanged with any other soup available as well.. But I stick to the original one.. Clam Chowder.. It was ok la, quite fragrant and thick with few pieces of La La, prawn shells (Shells only you know..) and some mushroom slices la..

It was OK la, but I prefer they take out the shells.. =.="

 

My Sis ordered garlic breads to share as they said it’s good according to their memory.. =P Indeed it was great la.. Very fragrant and buttery~ But kind of oily la..

This was oily but nice.. =)

 

I chose the don’t know what Sirloin Steak in Black Mushroom for my main course of the set… All the main courses for the set come with 2 pieces of not-so-fresh prawns, broccoli and fries.. This meal was awful because………….

The supposedly medium rare steak turned out to be almost rare…… I could see blood flowing out when I cut it… Soooo digusting….. Never had this kind of thing before…. 0.0"

My Bro-in-Law also had the set meal but he opted for the Salmon Steak which was a better choice as it wasn’t bad according to my Sis..

The most ‘normal’ one.. No blood.. =P

 

My Bro ordered the Chicken Chop which was supremely oily…… It didn’t even look appetizing with the layer of oil that we saw on the chop… -.-"

See also no appetite already… =.="

 

Same went to my Mom’s Fried Fish Fillet… =.=" It was dry, oily and hard.. Mom said her gums were in pain after having it.. So bad ler the food… Moreover, the waiter came with this dish and said "THAI PIECE!!".. We were wondering what was that when he repeated for few times, and he added "PIECE! PIECE".. At the end we realized that he meant FRIED FISH…… OMG….. Can’t they hire some locals at least who can pronounce Fish nicely? 0.0"

Dad’s Black Pepper Chicken Chop was pathetically small…. Which the gravy looks like soy sauce….. =.=" Really….. Nothing to say la…

The one I had in Genting Klang that costs RM5++ is definitely better…

 

Our set meals came with dessert which was Mango Pudding with Vanilla Ice-Cream… Another ewwww……. I just didn’t like it…..

I normally looks forward to dessert.. But this was just………… Not good..

 

We looked forward for the dinner very much as we seldom have family gathering lately.. But it turned out to be a disappointing one… T.T Anyway, Happy Belated Mother’s Day.. =P
